Appearance
A small, glistening blob of steel-blue ooze, this creature resembles a puddle of molten metal that has congealed into a malleable, gleaming core. Its surface sparkles with tiny rivets and seams where plates shift and reform. It feels unnervingly cool to the touch and emits a faint metallic whisper when it moves.
Behavior & Origins
Born of the forges buried deep beneath the Underdark, the Steel Pudding is a sentient ooze that has fused with scrap metal and arterial coolant. It can seep through cracks in metalwork and flesh out into crystalline plates to refor m itself. It is cautious, preferring to wear down armor and weapons rather than destroy its environment, but it will harden into a shell to protect itself when threatened.
