Moonshard Bow
The Moonshard Bow is a slender longbow carved from pale moonwood, its limbs etched with curling crescent sigils and inlaid with a polished moonstone at the grip. The bowstring hums with a soft, silver note when drawn, and a pale blue-white glow traces along the wood as it fires. When drawn under moonlight, the bow glimmers with a cool aura, and arrows leave faint traces of radiant light in their wake.
Lore
Moonshard was forged by a lineage of moon-touched smiths who worshipped Selune. It drinks in the moonโs light and returns it as luminous arrows, guiding its bearer through nights thick with shadow and danger.
History
The weapon has passed through many hands: a desert hunter who pierced through gloom, a ranger who saved villagers from a night-haunted fortress, and a wanderer who carried it to a ruined city where the moon never rose. It is whispered that the bow hums when a true night moon is overhead, approving its bearer.
