Frostbound Trail While wearing this cloak, your movement leaves a frost in a 5-foot-wide line in the ground behind you. Each 5-foot square touched by the frost becomes coated with frost for 1 minute. The frost-covered squares count as difficult terrain. Creatures that end their movement in a frost-coated square must succeed on a DC 12 Acrobatics check or treat the square as slippery and fall prone.

Chill Patch As an action, you can expend 1 charge to create a 5-foot square of frost within 30 feet. The square lasts for 1 minute. A creature that starts its turn in the patch must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity save or have its speed halved until the start of your next turn. The patch is difficult terrain for its duration.

Winter's Resilience You gain resistance to cold damage. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against cold-based effects.
