Appearance

A suit of gleaming, time-warped plate armor stands upright, its helm bearing a visor where shifting hourglass runes flicker. The Chrono Knight moves with a measured, almost gliding gait, as if stepping through a ripple in time. Its blade glitters with a cold light that bends the air, and runes along the armor pulse with a ticking rhythm. Battles around it seem to hum with a tempo that it alone can hear, every strike arriving a heartbeat before anyone expects it.

Behavior & Origins

The Chrono Knight is a warrior who died preserving a vital moment, only to be fused with temporal magic that keeps him anchored to the battlefield. He can glimpse a foe's intent and strike just before they act, giving him the appearance of acting moments ahead of everyone else. In life he fought as a knight of a fallen order; in undeath he becomes a conduit for time's will, attempting to reset battles to a single perfect instant where he holds the advantage.
