Eye Ray. Ranged spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) psychic damage. The Eye pierces the target's mind with a corrosive psychic beam.

Eye Burst (Recharge 5-6). If the Eye is reduced to 50 hit points or fewer, it can unleash a searing burst from its ocular orb in a 15-foot radius. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and be blinded until the end of its next turn.

Appearance

The Orc Eye of Gruumsh appears as a towering orcish figure with a single, leering great eye set in a cracked helm. The eye itself glows with gnashing green light, and rivulets of ichor run from its socket. Its armor is a patchwork of scavenged plates and crude bone ornamentation. When it speaks, it rumbles with the hiss of wind through the teeth of a jagged mask, and the eye seems to view the world with malicious, calculating hunger.

Behavior & Origins

Born from the warlike worship of Gruumsh and the wild, brutal ecology of Orc tribes, the Eye of Gruumsh is fewer a creature than a conduit—an orc host operating under the unyielding, singular will of the god. It seeks to bring order to chaos through conquest, coercing other orcs and downtrodden mortals alike with fear, brutal might, and a gaze that unsettles the mind. In ruins and mountain fastness, the Eye of Gruumsh gathers followers, crushes dissent, and hunts hunters who dare carry the name of Gruumsh without following his ironclad creed.
