Actions

Devour Thoughts. The Tentacled Minddevourer can consume the mind of a creature it has grappled. The target must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 28 (8d6) psychic damage, and the creature regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and the creature does not regain hit points.

Legendary Actions

The creature can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The creature regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
